Guardian Inspection Services will conduct a visual home inspection in accordance with the National Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I will personally meet with you to give you an educational walk through and will point out conditions of the home, including defects, health and safety concerns and needed maintenance. The final inspection report will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Additionally, for as long as you own your home, you can always call me with questions in case something comes up in the future.
